PEACH COFFEE BREAD 
3-3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. peach preserves
Confectioners' Icing

In larger mixer bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour and the yeast. Heat milk, butter, sugar, 1 tablespoon of the honey and 1 teaspoon salt just until warm, stirring to melt butter. Add to dry mixture in bowl; add eggs. Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
