MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 to 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp.salt
1 lg. head romaine lettuce
2 sm. Bermuda onions, thinly sliced
1 (11 oz.0 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. chopped celery

Place sugar, oil, mustard, seeds, vinegar and salt in a glass jar with a lid. Secure lid well and shake to blend. Keep chilled. Serve over salad made of torn romaine leaves. Bermuda onions, mandarin oranges and celery.
