GREEN CHILI 
3 lb. pork or stewing beef, cubed
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin seed or 1 sm. clove of garlic, chopped
1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes
2 to 3 (4 oz.) cans green chili, chopped
Pinto beans

Brown meat and onions. Add garlic and tomatoes. Simmer until meat is done. Add chili and cook a few minutes longer. Serve over pinto beans.
