CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 pt. water
3/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
5 eggs
Whipped cream or custard

Boil butter in water. While boiling, stir in flour. Take from heat and cool. Stir in eggs, one at a time, not beaten. Drop on buttered pan (about 1/2 the size you wish them when baked). Bake in oven about 20 minutes. When cold, split and fill with whipped cream or custard.
