CRAN-APPLE SAUCE | |
2 c. fresh (or canned whole cranberry sauce) cranberries 2 c. chopped apple 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 2 inch piece cinnamon stick 4 whole cloves Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (high) 6 to 7 minutes or until berries are popped and translucent, stirring twice. Remove cinnamon and cloves before serving warm or chilled. |
