1 cut up fryer chicken with skin removed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. Total cereal (no substitutions allowed - MUST be TOTAL)
1 tbsp. paprika

Crush Total cereal to a coarse meal. Add salt, pepper, and paprika, taking care to mix well. Moisten chicken under cold running water and roll in the Total mixture until completely and heavily coated. Pour vegetable oil into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Arrange chicken evenly in dish. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Test for doneness - pierce chicken with fork; if juices run clear, chicken is done. Remove from oven and enjoy! Serves 3-4 persons.
