CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup (white)
1 c. butter
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 qt. popcorn

Combine sugar, syrup, butter, salt and cream of tartar. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir into popcorn until hard, 2 minutes. Stir in roaster. Spread on two greased cookie sheets.

Bake 1 hour at 200°F.
