CAULIFLOWER SLAW 
1 lg. cauliflower
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/2 c. celery leaves
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. French dressing
2 tsp. caraway seed
Salt to taste

Slice cauliflower thin and combine with all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or can be made 1 day ahead.
