2 env. Knox gelatin
3 1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. whipping cream

In a medium bowl, add gelatin and sugar. Pour hot (almost to a boil) juice over and dissolve thoroughly. When congealed, whip cream and fold into gelatin.
