PEACH CAKE 
2 heaping tsp. sugar
1 box hot roll mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. heavy cream (can be omitted)
Fresh peaches, peeled & sliced

Add 2 heaping teaspoons sugar to 1 box hot roll mix. Add salt. Then mix according to directions on box, letting dough rise twice. Divide dough into 3 sections and press out into 9 inch pans until very thin. Slice peaches and place on dough, covering with a mixture made of the 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, egg yolk and heavy cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Especially delicious when warm and sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
