TURTLE SNAPPERS 
14 oz. caramel candy
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan or walnut halves
Summer coating, chocolate

In double boiler, melt caramel candy, butter and water. Add pecans or walnuts; mix well. Make into balls and place in a well greased pan. Let dry. Dip in chocolate summer coating.
