1 c. non-dairy coffee creamer (I use Coffee-Mate)
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. instant coffee powder

Combine all ingredients. Pack in an airtight container. To use: Use 2 tablespoons of mix for every 8 ounces of boiling water This really is a cost saver compared to those expensive brands.
