SOUTH OF THE BORDER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
3 small bunches onion
1 large bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 large can yellow hominy
1 can chili
1 can mushroom soup, mixed with a little water
grated cheese
Fritos, crushed

Brown meat, onions, pepper and garlic. Mix in soup and chili. Pour in casserole. Top with cheese and Fritos.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
