1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan in which you have cooked a roast and left 3 tablespoons of drippings from roast. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with your roast.
