SWEET AND SOUR PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. hot peppers, chopped
3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo
6 1/2 c. sugar
Food coloring (your choice of color)

Combine peppers and vinegar in blender. Chop until fine. Bring to rolling boil. Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Take off heat and strain. Let juice stand for 5 minutes. Add Certo and food coloring. Ready to seal.
