GRANDMA'S BISCUITS 
2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. corn oil

Mix in medium bowl 2 cups flour and other ingredients, mix thoroughly. On flat surface sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup flour. Pour out mixture onto floured surface. roll out with rolling pin 1 inch thick - using biscuit cutter. Grease iron skillet. Put biscuits into skillet. Cook about 10 or 15 minutes or until brown - oven temperature 400 degrees. Makes 12 biscuits.
