SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
3/4 c. dairy sour cream

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in the shortening and the sour cream. Add Blair butter flavoring. Mix well to form a ball. Place dough on floured board or pastry cloth and knead lightly. Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness, cut with a biscuit cutter. Bake in an ungreased pan for 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Yields: 16 to 18 biscuits.
