SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour and salt, cut in shortening. Add baking soda to sour cream and combine to first mixture to make a soft dough. Pat into 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with cutter and bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Serves 12.
