CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 or 1 c. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder (hot Mexican style)

Cook meat and onions in a pan until golden brown. Drain. Mix other ingredients; add water to desired thickness. Bring to boil. Salt to taste and boil on low heat for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
