LO-CAL FISH CHOWDER | |
2-3 potatoes, cubed 3 carrots, sliced 1 c. chopped celery, including leaves 1 onion, chopped 2 green onions, sliced Extra bouillon cubes (opt.) 1 tbsp. parsley 1 lb. fish or 1 can water pack tuna 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 c. chicken bouillon Cook potatoes in microwave until done. Combine carrots, celery, onion, green onions and parsley and cook in microwave until done. Put 2 cups hot bouillon in blender with potatoes; puree until smooth. Cook fish in microwave and flake. Mix all ingredients together and bring just to boil. |
