LO-CAL FISH CHOWDER 
2-3 potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
1 c. chopped celery, including leaves
1 onion, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
Extra bouillon cubes (opt.)
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. fish or 1 can water pack tuna
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken bouillon

Cook potatoes in microwave until done. Combine carrots, celery, onion, green onions and parsley and cook in microwave until done. Put 2 cups hot bouillon in blender with potatoes; puree until smooth. Cook fish in microwave and flake. Mix all ingredients together and bring just to boil.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
