2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. nuts (optional)
Cream cheese frosting

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased and floured cookie sheet, 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
