HERB-MARINATED CHUCK ROAST 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 lbs. beef chuck roast

Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, rosemary, pepper and salt. Place beef in baking dish. Pour marinated mixture over meat, cover and refrigerate overnight, basting occasionally to coat evenly. Bake in oven to desired doneness.
