CARROT-RAISIN SLAW 
5 lg. carrots
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
3/4 c. raisins
4 tbsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

In salad bowl, combine carrots, celery, onions and raisins. In small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend well. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or until next day.
