ORANGE MANDARIN JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
3 c. orange juice concentrate
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 pinch salt
2 egg yolks
1 c. pineapple juice

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add 3 cups orange juice concentrate. Let stand until it thickens. Then add 2 small cans of mandarin oranges.

Mix ingredients for topping and cook until thickened. Spread on top of Jello. Chill.
