VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomato
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper
1 can sliced olives
1 can mushroom pieces
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. basil or oregano
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute onion in oil. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
