JAYS SOUP 
3 bell peppers
1 yellow onion
1/2 stalk celery
4 carrots
7 potatoes
2 zucchini
2 c. diced tomatoes
2 oz. chicken base
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 oz. salt
1/4 oz. cumin (pinch)
1/2 spoon ground jalapeno
2 lbs. hamburger
1 gal. meat broth

Combine 1 gallon broth, herbs, carrots and potatoes. Simmer until vegetables are barely tender. Add tomatoes and zucchini.
