2 med. apples, sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows; optional

Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Drain and slice sweet potatoes. Gently mix potatoes with apples. Place in casserole dish and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with marshmallows and broil until brown.
