EASY PRETZELS 
1 loaf frozen bread dough or Pillsbury bread stick dough
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 tbsp. water
Salt

First roll strips between your palms into a long rope. Make sure it is thin. Shape into a pretzel by tying the dough in a loose knot and looping ends through. Pinch the dough where it overlaps to seal.

Let the pretzels stand for 30 minutes while you separate the egg and mix the egg white with water. Brush the mixture on pretzels and sprinkle with salt. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
