AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD 
Lids should be loose. Do not use metal spoon or bowl. Do not put in refrigerator. Must have 1 cup of starter for this recipe, I have it.

DAY 1 - Do nothing.

DAYS 2, 3, and 4 - Stir once a day with a wooden spoon.

DAY 5 - Pour into a large container with a lid and add the following:

1 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

DAYS 6, 7, 8 and 9 - Stir once a day with wooden spoon.

DAY 10 - SAME AS DAY 5 - Then put 1 cup of batter into three containers with lids and give to three friends with these instructions.

2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pour into greased and sugared loaf pans or Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.

Several years ago I use to make this, I can't remember for sure but I thought I added pudding mixes to this for different flavors? Know anything about this? I know I added chocolate puding.
