2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 sm. catfish, cut into fillets
1/2 c. hot vegetable oil

Combine ingredients. Dry fish thoroughly. Coat with mixture. Fry in oil heated to 370 degrees for 4 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
