FALL DELIGHT 
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 beaten egg yolks

Mix and bring to a boil. Remove from fire and add 1 package orange jello, juice and rind of one orange. Let cool until slightly set, then add beaten egg whites and 1 pint whipping cream (whipped).

Break 1 bar angel food into bites; place half in 9x13-inch pan. Top with half of mixture. Add rest of angel food and cover with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate. Serve with a dab of whipped cream and mandarin orange sections.
