SPINACH LASAGNA | |
1 pkg. (10-12 oz.) noodles, cooked 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 2 c. sour cream 1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1 lb. cooked ground chuck, combined with 1 jar spaghetti sauce Combine noodles with meat sauce. Spread 1/2 on bottom of 3 quart casserole or 9x11 baking dish. Spread with 1/2 spinach, followed by 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375, 40-50 minutes. |
