SNOWBALL CAKE 
3 envs. Dream Whip
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. white sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 envs. unflavored gelatin
1 can coconut
1 angel food cake

Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water. Stir until dissolved; add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add lemon juice and pineapple. Chill until slightly jelled. Whip 2 envelopes Dream Whip and fold into jelled mixture. Break or slice cake into small pieces. Place a layer in bottom of pan, then a layer of mixture, then another layer of cake, and another layer of mixture. Chill overnight. Whip 1 envelope Dream Whip and ice top. Sprinkle with 1 can coconut.
