PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cream or Half and Half
1 tsp. each cinnamon and nutmeg
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. cornstarch (optional)
2 or 3 eggs

(Depends upon how juicy or if using 2 eggs). Bake until set at 350 degrees.
