HO HO BARS 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Divide between two 9x13 inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool well. Mix milk and flour. Cook until thick like custard. Cool well. Cream Crisco, butter, and sugar. Add cooled custard and vanilla. Beat 8 minutes. Spread over cooled cake. Cool in refrigerator 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Boil stirring often, 2 minutes. Add 1 cup real chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on bars. Cut and then store in refrigerator. Freezes very well, but cut bars before freezing.
