EASY POT ROAST 
Thin cut brisket
Salt and pepper
Golden mushroom soup
Heavy duty foil

Take baking dish, cover bottom with foil 2 sheets. Put in brisket, cover with soup, drop of water, salt and pepper, crush garlic, if desired, finely chopped onion if wanted. Close up by folding ends. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Cool, discard foil carefully, can be sliced thin and serve or frozen whole with all the gravy from pan.
