SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

8 slices bread soaked in water & drained
2 lb. ground beef
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together. Form into small balls. Fry until browned and drain.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. cloves minced garlic

Saute in small amount of oil.

Add:

7 c. tomatoes
4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
2 bay leaves

Cook until thick. Add meatballs and cook until heated through. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
