AUNT ELSIE'S GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/3 c. pecan meats

Mix well and chill. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
