SOUTHWESTERN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely crushed corn chips
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 pkg. (about 1.5 oz.) taco seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (11 oz.) can Campbell's condensed nacho cheese soup dip
3/4 c. clear ready-to-serve beef broth
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Hot cooked noodle
Cilantro leaves for garnish

In medium bowl, combine ground beef, corn chips, onion, taco seasoning and pepper; mix well. Shape into 40 (1") meatballs.

In 10" skillet over medium heat, in hot oil brown meatballs. Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup, broth, cumin and garlic powder. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until meatballs are done.
