HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
2-3 med. carrots, sliced
1 can green peas, drained
3 med. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

Place layers of vegetables in the given order in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Put ground beef on top. Mix soup with water and pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or cook on high 2-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
