4 1/2 c. sugar
3 pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. can of evaporated milk
1 pt. marshmallow creme
1 (16 oz.) Hershey bar
1/3 cube of butter

Cook milk, sugar and butter 5 minutes. Turn off heat while hot and add 2 teaspoons vanilla and a pinch of salt. Blend together ingredients. Stir until melted, pour in a greased dish, let stand overnight.
