CROCK POT CASSEROLE 
1 center cut, ready to eat ham slice (about 2 lbs.), cut in serving pieces
4 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper (for your own taste)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 dashes paprika
1 sm. pkg. grated sharp cheese

Put half of ham in crock pot. Layer half of the potato slices, then 1/2 tablespoon onion. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Then add 1/2 can of soup and 1/2 package of cheese. Repeat process with layering rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle paprika. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (or cook on high for 4 hours) in crock pot.
