TACO SALAD 
2 lbs. ground beef
Onion to taste (I use onion salt)
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato juice or sauce enough to make mixture quite juicy
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 sm. heat lettuce
1 regular size pkg. corn chips

Brown meat, onion, salt, and pepper until brown. Drain. Add beans, taco seasoning and tomato juice. Cook until meat is done. Just before serving, add chopped lettuce and crushed corn chips and mix.
