4 eggs 1 c. shortening, melted 1 qt. buttermilk 2 c. sugar 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal Combine dry ingredients. Pour mixed liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Store in a tightly covered container. Can bake as few or as many muffins as you wish at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
