SALMONBURGERS | |
1 can (16 oz.) red salmon 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 egg 1 tbsp. lemon juice 4 sandwich buns, split, toasted Mash salmon (including bones) in its liquid. Add bread crumbs, onion, egg and lemon juice. Mix well. Add more bread crumbs if needed for a firm mixture. Form into 4 burgers. Broil 4 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. |
