SWEDISH NUT CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. all-purpose flour
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Beat together eggs and sugar. While mixing, add oil, vanilla, salt and baking powder and beat in flour gradually. After mixing, add crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts. Fold into mixture.

Bake at 350°F in a 9 x 12 "GLASS" baking dish, coated with cooking spray, for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely before icing.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Wisconsin cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Let cream cheese and butter get to room temperature, then beat together and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well, then spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of cake. Refrigerate until served.
