SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix in order and pour into ungreased pan.

Bake at 350°F until done.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream all ingredients. Spread over cake.
