1 head lettuce
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 slices diced bacon
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour

Fry bacon until crisp, stir in flour and blend thoroughly. Add sour cream stirring constantly until it begins to thicken. Add honey, salt and vinegar. Arrange lettuce in bowl and pour hot sauce over it. Quickly mix well and serve. Serves 4.
