MY MOM'S APPLE CRISP 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

6 c. sliced apples (as many as need to fill pan)
1/4 c. sugar

Place sliced apples in buttered 9"x9" pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Mix crust ingredients like a pie crust and spread over sliced apples. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 1 hour.
