ICE BOX COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 box graham crackers

Line pan with graham crackers. Melt butter over low heat. Beat egg, milk, and sugar; mix with butter. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add nuts, coconut, and graham crumbs. Pour over crackers. Top with a layer of graham crackers and frost.

FROSTING:

3/4 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and stir over low heat until smooth. Spread quickly over the above - it sets up like fudge. Chill. Cut into bars.
